[Resolved] Gas Cynlinder for home use — Non supportive on renewal of connection
I am having connection with Indane wide no.25322 and as we were out from the home, usage of gas cylinder was none, hence we have not booked new cylinder for more than six months.
On checking the same Gujarat Gas Agency, near stadium, Ahmedabad told me to fill up reconnection
form and submit the some proof like the book, id proof and connection receipt, which have submit to them.
Now upon submitting above :
1. Neither they give me acknowledgement on xerox copy.
2. They donot book my new cylinder.
3. They donot wish to comment when to book the cylinder or when can i get the cylinder.
We are already fed up with poor services of earlier agency Harish Gas Agency, who were rude in behaviour, lower filled bottles, not picking up telephones ... and now Gujarat Gas have started the same.
Require your urgent assistance to sort out the matter.
