GE Money — Compaint for not returning original product papers from GE Money

I bought a Camera from SONY WORLD, Noida in October 2006 and it was financed for some amount thru GE MONEY.Sony World povided the finance facility.
I gave 16 checks for amount 708 each in favor of GE Money.The checks were of CITIBANK.
Now one of the chcks got bounced on September 2007 due to insufficient funds in my account. So an amount of 300 was deducted from my account as bounced check payments.
Now comes the whole scenario.GE MONY also asked for rs 300 as bounce charges.WHY WUD I PAY BOUNCE CHARGES FOR THE SAME CHECK TWICE.
This is what i told to the executive and she said that she will be waiving off those charges.She sent an executive and collected 708 rs from me.
Now when the loan amout is over in Febuary and i called them on 2nd April.They told me that they will not send me the original papers of the camera until and unless i pay those remaining bounce charges.
Now here are few questions :
1)Why did their executive then waived those charges and took the original amount.
2)Why was their database not updated reflecting the waived of charges.
3)Why do i pay the bounce charges twice.

I am not saying that, i am not paying the levied charged.I have already paid the charges once.And logically i will not pay the money again.

Now they are not giving the original papers of the Camera back to me.

What do i do.

GE Money — GE Money A Faltu bank

Ge money is the wrost bank i never scene. its not a bank its brothal office.i have so many proofs to prove that.because i have a loan from GE.i want to close that loan but they are not accepting that and they are suffering me so much. and the ladies in that branch are behaving like stupid. they are engaged for not serve the customer they engaged to just misbehave with customers.

even after settlement paying full and final amount required by them they are continuously presenting cheque in bank instead of returning them

GE Money — Unnecessary penalty

Have Shoot the Panelty On cheque due to baounce on mismatch of signature.
Immediatly i asked GE money that Take your Priciple amount and close the card but .
they dais i have to payy all amount. after 6 month A agent contact me and asked
to pay rs = 2400 (App.) i aggree . but no one come to collect money .

and now every bill they are increasign the amount.

GE Money — PDC debited but still calling for payment

Hi,

I have taken a whirlpool refrigirator from vijay sales in octoboer 2006 where in the downpayment was made and for the rest amout 7 pdc were given.

The last cheque has been debited from by bank account where in there is no cheque return no any charges levied to my accout i also confirmed from my bank about the last cheque and the clearing department has givn confirmation that the cheque has been debited from my account.

GE Money officials are giviing me a call and sending me letter from their lawyers statint that the cheque has been returned i have repetedaly given my bank statement showing the details of the cheque to the conserned organization but till date since past one year ge mony is harrasing me by sending letter and phone calls for making the payment also they have leived other charges for pending payment.

I want a strict action tobe taken on this ffinancial organization as they are harassaing the people for the same.

I was having finance from the co. for a two wheeler BAJAJ PULSAR (Registration No. CG/04-CR-8923) I have paid the amount till last paise, without any cheque bounce and also in a fix date I can also give you the detail of same like ( Bank Statement & etc.) but still they do not care to send the NOC. They are least bothered and I am confused what to do, as I am not able to contact any local office (as the office is withdrawn from city I suppose) and any local representative too my NOC is due on Dec 2008.I am waiting for the outcome.

GE Money — taking excess money

I have already paid near about Rs.58, 000/- against loan of Rs.39, 800/-, but till I have to pay Rs.31, 729.99/- according to their statement dated, 14.1.2009. Whereas I have to pay as useal normal payment with interest @36% is Rs.65, 957.46/- in the span three years, i.e.I have taken loan against cash card No, [protected], and I also receiving threatening over the telephone form Delhi. What should I do ?

GE Money — Not ready to return my Documents

I had the worst experience with GE Money.I have last paid off my loan on 5th of june 09. when I called Ccustomer service for my doccuments they say that I still need to pay Rs.94.00. I have paid all my EMI's through ECS.I even paid check bounce charges whenever it happned. Yet the representatives say have no clue from where this amount is comming from and they give lame answers when questioned.The worst part is that they refuse to give the call to a manger.And I thin I and other stupid customers like me have paid enough so that they can hire some managers on floor. Every time I ask to speak to a manager they give the phone to a lady Ms.Kalaiavani who says the do not have any Manager the company has only representatives like her and the CEO.I don't want to insult my intelegence by saying that such a big company has only CSR & CEO. It seems to me that they have no intention of returning my documents. So I have decided to file a police complaint and a case with the consumer court.I may be 60 years old and retaired but I am not dead yet.

I would like to warn other who are intrested to take loan with this company not to do so.You may as well go to a marwadi than approach this company.

GE Money — courier not delivered to my address or delivered to wrong address

the courrier tracking number[protected], pick up branch- gurgaon, pick up date- 26/06/2009, , delivered date- 30/06/09.
recieved by Rani. delivery branch- Ambala.

this is the only information that i have, , but the courrier has not recieved at my residence. my address and my mobile number was clearly mention on it..but due to the lethergy of your courrier boy this is not delivered to my ressi.

please confirm me the status or call me on my number...[protected]
