Dear sir,
The GE Money card is not given to us, and we have not asked for such card. However we have received Bill statement for August 2008 for some miscellaneous service charges. This unsolicited activity by GE Card is illegal .Please advice on the action to be taken.

GE Money card — INTREST RATES

I HAVE GE MONEY CASH CARD........... MY LAST MONTH OUTSTANDING WAS 22,200.16/- AND I HAVE PAID 22,200/- TO GE MONEY CARD COMPANY.. AND ON THE VERY NEXT MONTH STATEMENT THEY CHARGE FOR FULL AMOUN AND WHEN I CONTACT GE MONEY CASH CARD CUSTOMER CARE THAN THEY REPLY THAT YOU HAVE HAVE PAY 22,200 AND NOT PAID 16 PAISA SO WE HAVE CHARGED FULL INTEREST ON 22,2200.16/-- IF SO THAN IT VERY SURPRISED AND I AM NOT AGREE WITH THE SAME AND I WILL DRAG THIS COMPANY TO CONSUMER COURT. I[censored] WANT THAN MAY CONTACT ME AT [protected].

GE Money card — Need clarification and request for cancellation of BT

I Sunit Dhiman holding GEmoney card ,had the worst experience with the customer service which was provided to me over the phone by the CSA’s as well as the Team Leader.

I have placed a request for Balance transfer for the amount of Rs.XXXXX.00 on 22nd Nov 2007 through your Rep/Associate “Vijay Malhotra” who informed me that the cheque will be sent to me with in 7 days, and on the same day I have placed a request to change my mailing address to my New Company’s address “PTC Software India Pvt. Ltd” and I have also instructed him that the cheque should be sent to me on my new company’s address or send it to my home address.

Then also the cheque was delivered to my old companys address ,any how I have managed to get that cheque from my pervious company by tracking the AWB number from the courier service.

I have deposited that cheque in ICICI bank for the payment and got the information today that the stop payment was placed on that cheque which was sent from you guys and the reason is that some one had placed a STOP PAYMENT on that cheque.

I have talked to one of the Team Leaders/Supervisor “KANCHAN” and she said she will be giving me a call back after 15 mins after the investigation and during the conversation she used these words “I am getting the pain to investigate your issue” when I insist for the immediate resolution she dis-connected the call.

Again I called the customer service and spoke to Krishnan to transfer the call to Kanchan he placed me on hold and returned back to me and provided the information that she doesn’t have time to talk to me and will give me a call back with in 24 hrs, after a long argument with the associate, he transferred the call to Kanchan and she said nothing can be done and she will call me back me with in 2-3 days and let me know the reason.

I have already made a payment of Rs.XXXX.00 towards GE Money card for the balance transfer request before the due date and since the BT cheque was stopped by you I want that money to be returned to me in the form of cash/cheque to my new mailing address and cancel the BT request as I don’t want the BT any more.


And, Now I need the clarification on these questions,

1. By who’s authorization the stop payment was made?
2. Who is responsible for the late fee and the cheque bounce fee to ICICI bank as the cheque was rejected?
3. Why my mailing address is not yet updated, since I have placed a request on 22nd Nov 2007?
4. Why I am getting 10 different answers from 10 different customer service associates for the same Question.
5. Why the team lead was rude at me?
6. Were the customer service associates certified before handling calls?


Suggestions to GE Customer service
1. Because none of the Customer service associates as well as the Team leaders have the complete product knowledge send them for re-training.
2. Train them on Customer service skills.

GE Money card — Charging me for a product that was never delivered

I had ordered two Polo watches through GE money card's offer on November 21, through their offer. I have not received the watch till date. The vendor is having very poor customer service and I am not able to get any details about the watch. I was given around 5 different phone numbers to contact regarding the delivery status, but either the line is always busy, or if somebody picks up,they direct me to dial the phone number that is always busy. This is starting to look like a scam now. On top of it, I have been asked to pay for the watch by today. How can GE money demand payment for a product that I never received till date, nor do I think I will ever receive. On top of it, their web site http://www.gemoney.in/en/ never works. I tried logging a complaint through the web site, but no use. The site does not work. I hope somebody will take this seriously and contact me ASAP.

GE Money card — INTERNET ACCOUNT VIEWING

REGARDING THE VIEWING OF THE ACCOUNT IN INTERNET. I HAVE REGISTERED TWICE OR THRICE pREVIOUSLY IN THE INTERNET. i HAVE RECEIVED THE MESSAGE STATING THAT THE PASSWORD
VALID FOR 72 HOURS HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED TO THE EMAIL ID. EVEN TODAY I HAVE REGISTERED ONCE AGAIN. I HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME MESSAGE. BUT SO FAR I HAVE NOT RCEIVED ANY PASSWORD IN THE E MAIL.

GE Money card — By Paid amount has not been updated tilldate

I,Thendup Wangel Bhutia,Card No [protected] of GE Money,Had paid my due amount Rs.5874.00 on 23.07.09 by SBI Cheque No.554161 .On 29.07.09 was cleared by them but till date they have not updated my dues.
I called them regarding the payment.They asked me the receipt No. bank statment which i'll be attaching for your knowledge.(Mail them,Fax them)i have given every details of everything still the payment has not been updated.
They are just pushing the dates by saying will update within two to three working days. but till date there is nothing has been done from their side.
Its been more than two months,
Please help.
Has no Good Communication with the customers" Rude behaviour" towards customer
