Its a pity that due to actions of certain irresponsible persons the whole experience and joy of buying a new car from a world wide reputed company is robbed...i m tinking dat general motors hav dne sm cheating wid me...i m not satisfied...i ll not gv advice 2 any of my frnd 2 buy car of general motors

i bought dis car on 5th march 2008 from triumph motors raja park jaipur...nd frm 9th march Ac of d car is nt wrking...i gv car 2 regent motors in delhi...dey solved out my problem nd noe car AC is wrkng properly...after 4 days Ac again stopped working...den Triumph motrs delhi has took my car 4 3 days dey changed my compressor cooling coil etc...den again ac start wrking...after 15 dayz again same problems den i gv d car 2 metro motors in vasant kunj dey again solved my problem...but nw on 24th june again my Ac stopped wrking...i m not at all satisfied wid dis car nd service of d general motors...if a new brand car is havin dis much problem den wat ll happen 2 d other cars...
I hope this communication is treated in the right spirit and request authorities at General Motors to look into the customer care divisions so as not to bring disrepute to themselves.
