[Resolved] Ghaziabad Development Authority — Non Payment of Principal and Interest Money of GDA MIG flat cancellation after 17 years | |
Hello Sir, I had applied for a MIG flat in GDA Housing Scheme Code-642 with application number--> 000672 dated 19/08/92. I got allotment under it in SAPNADAN MIG. I had make the whole payment in accordance with GDA norms as below. a) Registration Amount 32500 b) Reservation Amount 32500 25-May-1993 c) Installment No[protected]Aug-1993 d) Installment No[protected]Nov-1993 e) Installment No[protected]Feb-1994 f) Installment No[protected]May-1994 g) Installment No[protected]Aug-1994 h) Installment No[protected]Sep-1994 But the house was also then not allotted to me after 4 years and they Were not giving any intimation when I will get the possession of Flat. I had contacted them so many times but the behaviour of GDA was so pathetic And they make fool of me. So, I requested for cancellation of the flat after being harassed from them And not getting the date of possession from GDA. After visiting GDA office so many times I got cheque from them on 20-Mar-98 Of just 191750 Rs by cheque no->0164950 ie less of Rs 3250 from the amount given to GDA. I also make a complaint in Consumer Forum Ghaziabad under PARIVAD NUMBER 641 in the year 1998 regarding the fraud done to me. I request forum for the payment of my remaining money and interst on my money for So many years. I am a heart patient and undergone BYEPASS SURGERY four back along with MITRAL VALVE REPLACEMENT. As I was in hospital and was not in a condition to travel so I was not able to go to FORUM. My financial condition is not so good as I am not doing Medical Practice and was at home for most of the time. My home is also in ETAH (UP) around 200 km from Ghaziabad so I will not be able to make so many presence over there. But my son who is a Engineer by profession will take Care of all the proceedings on my behalf. I am having all installment receipts and everything which be needed. Sir, please do the justice as soon as possible so that I can live my remaining life in a better way I will be highly obliged. We are very disappointed to inform you through your attractive advertisement (India Times Group) on Jan 26 unfortunately decide to buy Sigmatel T33 Multe Media through order no.[protected] by the name of Charu Sharma, Flat No. A2, Plot No. 903, Sector -5, Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
• First time when we got this set, it was in non working position (we can’t push the buttons), immediately we returned back to them.
• Second time when again it was not working, we request them for cancelation, but they never try to understand our problem.
• Third time when I received this set, voice was not working properly their speakers are not working, again I sent back to them for cancelation. (third time when distributor received my courier, he was trying to make me fool, saying we received your packet but set is in a broken condition, which is totally wrong because packed this packet in front of courier boy, If it was in broken condition, courier person can never picked up the same because before packing they use to check properly )
• Third time when we inform to them we don’t want back this set, the courier person handed over the packet to our Building Watchman.
• Wonder thing is I made 100 calls to India Times Group/TNT Courier Company/ Distributor (Oswal Trader)
• Very unfortunate thing is when we have to call to your executive we have to repeat entire story, even they cant check with their systems
• Once I called Supervisor lady in your department she suggest I have to send mail to you, this is only the last option.

I am working lady I don’t have enough time to follow with you guys, my humble request you to please cancel this order and refund my money back.
I have all documents with me as proof, all correspondence / TNT POD’s / Distributor
I need you revert as soon as possible by tomorrow other I will put a complaint in consumer form, because I have all documentary proof with me, that will be harassment case.
