As the other people of area are upset for walking. Children have no place to play and our old parents have to go other area’s park. The park board has been removed by unknown persons. There should be a gda board on the park so that people have to know about the public park. And many others. I have gone through the plan of the area which suggest there is a public park near apex royal castle but many people are not known as the board of the park has been removed by unknown people just move around you will identify a park which comes under unauthorized usage of car parking nearby people. And not even this Some nearby people do not let come the other people in the park. I believe if you check the situation you will be realize the exact position. Request you to please raise this concern to gda and force them to take necessary action against unauthorized car parking and get the park prepared soon so that people of area have not to go other areas for walking . The work has not started yet. There is no GDA board in the park yet. There is broken wall of the park and the wall is too short. There is no plantation in the park. No grill and out gate made.

Mr S P Sisidia GDA Park Development Officer has visited dated on 27th April 28, 2013 at about 9:30 am the park with his officials and warned the residents of APEX ROYAL CASTLE not to park their vehicles in the park as it is the public park and parking in the park is illegal the park will not be handed over to anybody it will remain in Ghaziabad Development Authority’s custody. And he also ordered to complete the park at early stage and the wall broken by Apex Royal Castle will construct immediately to Mr Sanjeev Park Inspection In charge and other concerned officials. I thanks all the officials of GDA and request to please get the main gate of the park prepared on road side and a Sign board of GDA which is visible to the residents of the area be placed so that all the residents doubts be cleared that there is no encroachments and nobody will try to misuse the park. And differences of residents of all the area and Apex Royal Castle residents do not arise in future.

Last year underdeveloped park was used by residents of Apex royal
castle since there was no road unlike the tar road which was alerady existing
in front of plot no. 28. GDA wanted to cover open drains with concrete covers,
plus road development was to be done by GDA, , That is why under developed park was being used and interim arrangement.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
In fact it was living like in hell in summer months, when a
slightest breeze would bring all that dust from this park to the homes of apex
residents.
Vidhayal residents can also check with GDA authorities, how many
times we complained early completion of park so that no more dust is there and park
is developed for ALL residents of Nyay Khand 1.
If residents would had parked their vehicles near their homes, it
would had been impossible for GDA to cover open drains apart from constructing
roads.
Moreover park becomes park once it
is planted with saplings
/ trees and green grass is laid.. your picture clearly shows that
park was not developed.
once park was developed, it becomes important for all residents, (
both Apex Royal and Vidhayak Residents) to maintain this park, since this is a
PUBLIC park and belongs to all.
Wrong impression is being created that Apex people are encroaching
on public park, Request all Vidhayak colony members to see to the truth
themselves.

This is to bring into kind notice that people of royal castle society are using the public park for their selfish use. They keep on commenting on public other than the society member nit to come or play any game here. Our kids have only one park here. How can these people do this. This is. Public property and not a private property.
Kindly do the needful. The residents of nyay khand 1 are facing many problem due to the arrogant nature of apex royal secretary.

Respected Sir,
Some people have made APEX ROYAL CASTLE RWA to grab the park for their personal use. Some government officials are involved in the park. The park is made for public of the area. And this is unjustified that they are parking their vehicles in the park. They do not want the people of the area come in the park. I requested to Shri Santosh Yadavji to come forward and look into the matter personally and order to make the park as soon as possible. It the action has not taken in time the park would be encroached by some people for their personal use like car parking etc.
This would be very kind of you if you get the park prepared for public of the Area.
