My Daughter was born in DURGABHAI DESHMUKH HOSPITALS ( VIDYANAGAR)
My GHMC CIRCLE- 9

sir, iam madhu babu i have born in home in chaitanyapuri so i was applied to birth certificate on[protected] with transaction no :SAROO2018896 newly iam applying so it now iam not having any information so please tell me why it is not coming

am k.gopal i gave birth to baby girl 2 year back, i went quthbullapur municipal office to apply birth certificate for my baby .But they told me, apply through eseva then i went to eseva they told ur baby details not entered by ghmc so we are unable to start the process.i got register no 1253 from where i was admit in hospital.so i requesting u plz update my baby details.

my twins child birth on 13-Nov-2011, I Entered everything correct Eg: Baby Name, Father Name, D.O.B. and i submit my few ID Proof as well in Eseva. After 2 months when i received my babies Birth Certificates, They made a mistake in Fathers Name, When I approach again Eseva to verifiy the details Eseva Satff, said Its is not our mistake you go GHMC, When I approah to Sardar Mahal, They said you go to local Branch at Syed Ali Chabutra. everyone just skipping and no one expect their mistakes. Staff of sardar mahal said you submit corection form with affidavit and few Gazetted Office Signature.
My point is why should I go throgh the way when GHMC done the mistake, And why should i spend money for affidafit and gazetted office Signature.
If I submit wrong information to GHMC it is acceptable but GHMC done the mistake so they should rectify themselves. Unnecessary dont give trouble to Innocent people. People who working in GHMC they are not really serious I think they are all corruput, Purposely there are doing mistakes in Certifaces and afterthat they are making money from brokers. They are all Crap. I hate this System.
Note: Please do the write jobs Specially in GHMC and Eseva. so not give trouble to people.
