My name is Rohit Hardikar. I had purchased Gillette Mach 3 razors (pack of 4 or 5) from a grocery store in Pune a few months ago. I used the first razor for a few weeks. After a few days, when I wanted to use the second razor, I noticed that all the remaining razors had gathered rust. As a result, I cannot use these razors now.
The razors are so expensive and I feel that I have lost all my money.
Would it be possible for your company to replace the 4 razors since they seem to be defective pieces?
I have been using Gillette razors which are extremely popular, since they are of the highest quality. However, this time I was thoroughly disappointed because of this bitter experience.
Request you to kindly do the needful so that consumers like me continue to use and have faith in the Gillette brand.
Let me know if you want me to send the faulty razors to your office.
