i am hsbc credit card custmer, in the month of september i got i deal from hsbc that they offer one GIORDANO 29031 BK watch at rs.1099/-. i got everything in time. but that watch which i have received is started to fading its chrome plating. so i am trying to call the customer centre but they are not responding my call and they have been going on keeping me on wait and i spent so much amount for calling to their std. no. (since their toll free no. is not working.)

I seriously doubtful that company is a fraud & making people fool with these Banks

Kindly help me, is DEALS4ALL just a telephonic blunder company fooling public like me. I will be grateful if you help me through this deal.
