1. I had placed an order for a gift on 19th March to reach Ireland 26th March and it took then 6-7 days to process it, leave alone shiiping it.
2. The order was supposed to be sent via FedEx but was instead told that it was sent by TNT.
3. They dont provide any updates on whether the order was shipped or what is its status.
4. If you email them they wont respond. Worst of all even if you do get a reply, its a one liner crap with hard to comprehend English.
5. And if you well decide lets try the Live Help Message, you would be in for a rude shock. They havent heard the word "Please". Their attitude is customer is foolish. They will talk to you in abbreviations "you" = "u" etc... Moreover they dont have a way to figure out what you have ordered using the invoice or order number.
6. After 10-15 emails and after talking to their customer representative, on 23rd they said the order is shipped and I will be provided with the tracking number the next day. Well that day didnt come. After another 20-30 emails I got a reply from them on 25th that they have sent it by TNT instead of FedEx as mentioned on their website and on the invoice and the tracking number will come the following day. The next day - no reply.
7. on 26th March, I again went to Live Help Message. Again they couldnt pull the order by order number. So as usual, they told me I will get an update before evening.
8. Now they are not even replying to emails as of 30th March 2011.
9. On 31st March 2011, I called them thrice and I was told the tracking number has been emailed to me. But still I've not received any emails from them.

It was the worst online buying experience I ever had. Its really frustrating dealing with these guys they are incompetent, unprofessional and shameless.
They have the worst customer service ever.

Their customer service agents first of all dont reply to emails and even if they do their language is incomprehensible.

All in all this my last buy and I would not recommend this site to anybody.

Can you please tell me what should I do from here?

That might improve your English and get a class in etiquettes while you are at it.
They have the worst customer service. The so-called customer service agent is the owner Mr. Sidharth Elwadhi. You hang up the phone on your customers and don’t even bother to reply to emails.
And if the owner is like this you can imagine how the company would be.
Read the responses from your other customers that might open your eyes.
Misbehaved…you must be kidding…you guys hang up on the the customers.
This was a gift for a 7 year old kid, which you couldn’t fulfill and moreover lied about shipping it.
You guys pray on innocent customers and just take their money and don’t send anything out…

1.You have made very abusive remarks to our customer care people

2. For international shipments we take about 5 days to deliver, you were impatient and very non professional on phone


the refund email has already send to you on we have emails from calling our team bad words thief, and also other abuses on phone
Our owner does not answer the phone

very badly

Please dont send wrong messages to customer for something which is not right, yes delay happened we do agree but also keep in mind this was a international shipment to ireland it was taking more then usual time to ship

because you started to abuse and threaten we had no other option but to refund
Update: I was told the refund request has been processed on 7th April 2011 and I should receive it in 3-4 days.
I have still not received it. Moreover I emailed them on 12th April and they didnt bother to reply.
the refund has been processed by cc avenue please check your bank for the same!

I've called them twice. No refund has been received...
the same shall be done in next billing cycle if it is a credit card if bank account re deposit then takes about 7 -9 business days
I think you should contact CC Avenue, you will be able to find out more...

I ordered blackberry storm on 23rd march, 2011 and since then, i tried calling them 100+ times. Most of the time they don't even pick the calls and when they do, they disconnect the call without even listening to what i am talking about. Every time i receive the same reply, and get a dtdc docket no. which doesn't even exist.

Unfortunately even i have got fooled by this Gizmo E Bazaar scam.

I had ordered an Apple Iphone 3Gs 16 GB (product code 40843) which they sent afetr 2 weeks. they even lied to me saying that my shipment has been dispatched. When i checked with DTDC they said the shipment wasnt booked.finally it arrived to me 2 weeks later.

But, when i checked with Apple Customer Care, they told me, the phone is a used secondhand phone, 2 yrs old, the original handset was of white colour, however the one that i received was black. The charger was duplicate. The sim tray number and the Phone EMPI number did not match.Even the internal tampering was done with the phone. the battery kept discharging and with the duplicate charger there was no way to charge the phone also. Finally i have retured back the phone to them by paying heavy courier chagres and they have received it as well.However they are denying it now.

All the while on my requests to refund, they had been responding, "once receive we shall inform to you"

Today i have sent them 5 emails, 10 calls but no response from them. The phone number[protected] given by them is switched off and other phone number[protected] comes busy all the time and then it gets disconnected automatically.

Even i'm planning to send them a legal notice now.

I purchased Iphone 4s case online on June 3rd and made the payment via internet banking with Order # 69878. I have been given a DTDC tracking which does not exist at all. I tried calling the phone # given in the email I received several times, no answer from them. It looks like it is a scam company, I think we should complain to Delhi police and alert the other fellow citizens.

I tried calliing the phone # provided in the email I received, no response and no one picking up the phone. I complained to Customer care, but there was no clear information on which date they are going to deliver my order. This is a scam. I think we should lodge a cheating complaint against the owners of this company with Delhi police and also in the consumer forum.
