[Resolved] Glamour — product quality | |||
I have Hero Honda Glamour July 2010 Model, bike number is DL-13SG 7942, in which I am facing problem with overheating of silencer and abnormal noise from engine. Since day one I am facing the same issue and even after 5 services from authorized service center they are not taking the concern seriously and saying we have ordered a new silencer from Head Office (since Oct 2010), but till today it’s not arrived, due to which few of my trouser & new pair of sport shoes damaged. Even after several polite reminders and requests they are not giving me any solutions. When taking with an engineer (Mr. Jitendra) at Himgiri (Service center), they said we are observing the issue & will resolve soon but till date no positive response. I request if you don’t have any solution for the same kindly replace my bike or kindly refund my money back. Kindly consider this case as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

Is hero honda worried about his product and user if yes, so give the solution for user if not why you told that you help customer after sale. glamour having so many problem like over heating, gear making abnormal noise. Hero honda observation running last year jully aprox one year, till date you are not able resolve the problem. are you aware .
glamour — Not delivered even after 20 days of booking
Hi,I was booked Hero Honda Glamour bike on March 14 and was not delivered till date and reason they are saying like "there is no production at Hero Honda company", Please help with this.
