[Resolved]  GlaxoSmithKline — Foreign Particle inside sealed IODEX

Dear Sir,

I bought the IODEX on 16.07.2008

Mfd: MAR 09
EXP:FEB 11

MICR: 89000014

In which when I opend I was shocked to see a black Grease like
foreign particle inside under the Bottle neck of the IODEX Bottle.

I purchased it at
