He recharged it before activation of new number. But It got failed. After that he given me a serial no which was not activated on new number. Now, he is refusing to accept his fault. He said that I am getting this serial no in BLACK. When we tried to recharge with serial no, we got only Rs 25.00 but STD Pack was not activated wth that serial no..
1st of all, Why did he sell this coupon in Black & more than its price
2nd, He is not ready to give us back our money.

Global Services — Transaction Blocked
Dear Sir,I’m facing problem with HDFC Bank GIDC Vapi Branch .
I am maintaining quarterly running average balance of Rs.40000/- regularly.
Despite of maintaining HDFC Bank’s all norms, all the activities/facilities of my HDFC BANK current account are BLOCKED, hence I’m not able to carry out any transactions like;
A. Online transactions
B. ATM Transactions
C. Cash Deposit
As Branch Manager informed me that I have to compulsorily do the investment in HDFC BANK through Vapi branch to UNBLOCK the blocked facilities of my current account. This is ot fair practice.
For years; he is not issuing me a Demand Draft same day for the amount deposited on that day and deliberately not crediting amount immediately to my account whatever amount I deposit to my account.
Request you to look in to the matter immediately.

we got new broadband connection on 28.01.08 through phone No.[protected]. We have no idea to check our usage and called several time to 1957 for the same . But nobody can clear it properly.Please tell us how can we check our usage and what is our password & user id.
