Global Test Market — Non receipt of cheque
My Account Number is 18539992 I demanded a cheque for 1000 points redemption on[protected] at 05:08:47. The cheque arrived and its details are as follows: Citibank cheque no. 791751 date: 18/8/2011 I submitted the cheque with my banker, but the banker did not clear it saying "the authorised signature is not matching". I contacted global test market customer service and they replied that they will send a new cheque. Then the story begins. After a month I contacted them again, they said that the cheque was despathed and it was an undeliverable address. Therefore I was asked to provide a new address. I did. But after another month, again same story. Till now I complained several times and the same story continues. They want new address. My question is: If my address is undeliverable, how the first cheque reached me? The second address I gave was in the middle of a city. As far as I know every courier company has a branch in that city. That address cannot be said undeliverable. If Global Test Market, doesn't want to redeem my amount, I am more than happy to close that account, because I don't want to work with cheats. Anand Was this information helpful?
