[Resolved]  GlobalTech Marketing — Misbehaviour with customers

I purchased an Instant Coil-less Heater from Global Tech Marketing located in Kanteerava studio, on August 2nd. A person named Krishna had it installed. Only the day it was installed, it was working fine. Then on there was shock in the hot water. Then when we complained, there was no proper response. If questioned, they are saying to complain to TV 9. They cannot do anything for it. They also said that they have a lawyer for them who will save their companies reputation in such cases, so they challenge saying we cant do anything. They also say to return the product since they will not provide customer service nor refund. But they guaranteed 1 year for the product. They are asking me to pay a new piece cost to replace the one which I have.
