I am working in Centre for Agriculture and Rural Development as a Asst. Manager. I have booked a courier on 28th January from NOIDA to Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. After few days, when courier was not delivered to Hyderabad.Then, I call to GMS, Hydearabad, they informed me it is not under our services areas. Courier office, which they opened at NOIDA (Mob:[protected]) has confirmed me that courier will be return to us as and when received, at the time of booking, he confirmed me that it will be deliverd with 2 dayts.
Sir, Now, Company is going to fire me because of this, all the important documents, i am missing. yen not given by him. his mobile no is switched off. Was this information helpful? | 
I was having investment declaration document which I should submit till 14th Dec to my company to get the Tax rebate but this courier service don’t care how much valuable consignment is for the customer.
The BIG CONCERN in GMS service is, they don’t have proper communication. whatever number listed in site is either showing switch off or not in service status.
Guys, I am suggesting never never go for this service. This service will never care you and your valuable.
If I get time with my daily routine, I will surly file case again this courier service so that no other person should go in trouble with the service like this.
