This courier company takes the cake when it comes to making a fool of anyone who is gullible enough to give them business. They delay consignments for weeks at times and neither the booking office nor their zonal office nor corporate office will give you any support if you should be fool-hardy enough to try tro trace what has either been lost or stolen for good or will reach the destination in its own meandering time. When you call them the consignment note number is not enough. They want the full deatination address. Sounds like they put the address on the package only when the customer calls up to enquire. I have had bad experiences with this company. Stopped giving them any work since they lost a package once and refused to even apologise for it.
