GMS Worldwide Express — Very delay in delivery (Poor service)

Hi,
I am Ambika, My mom has booked the courier from Maddur (Karnataka) to Navi Mumbai on 2nd Jan-2012 morning 9.45am, but now it is 9th-Jan-2012, still I didn't recieve my courier, it is more than 7 days, and even if I call to GMS branch office in Mumbai, they are giving falls responses.
Please have a look at it and deliver my doc asap, because it is very very urgent.
