Go Air Airlines — Luggage lost(property irregularity report) | |||
I was travelling in the go air airlines from Pune-Delhi-Lucknow(FLIGHT NO.-G8-353) on 26Th October 2010,2 of my luggages were boarded on the aircraft from Pune (TOTAL WEIGHT-17kg),we had a transit at the delhi airport,where our flight was changed & we had to go through the security again to board in another aircraft (G8-353),on reaching lucknow,I was waiting for my luggage to come but it just received 1(of 4Kg).I was made to wait for more than an hour to fill up the PIR(property irregularity report),in which i had given all the details{(SEQ-136/67) (TICKET NO.-IF70YU) (missing luggage-13Kg (dark green trolley bag))}. That bag has all my valuables,clothes,footwear,all my certificate & marksheets (Admission time is coming & the marksheets are important) Please look into the matter.I have received no positive response from the airlines lucknow office(have been calloing them everyday for it) Please I have a lot of hope from this forum,please take necessary actions. I also had my bag damaged. The lock was ripped off and the zip broken. The bag was dirtied black too!I I did put in a written complaint and was told that the deputy manager would call me within two days. This happened on the 24th morning on a Bangalore to Mumbai flight. The cutsomer care person named Rohit took long to get to the counter.
This is a serious matter as the airline wants feedback and does nothing!!

This happened on GoAir flight No. G8/194 BLR to BOM on 23rd December 2010.
I did put in a written complaint and was told that the deputy manager (Mobile No: [protected]) would call me within two days. This happened on the 24th 2am early morning. The collecting staff 's name: Rohit made all these promises after keeping me waiting for 30 minutes.
The feedback form is a big eyewash. The form does not ask for your contact number and that's a joke!

I regret having booked my ticket on this airline that was more than an hour late and difficult for a lady to arrive in the wee hours in the city. Also, while checking in my luggage, I requested the staff to put a 'fragile' sticker on my suitcase. Apparently my request was ignored.
My advice to other travelers: watch out and if possible avoid traveling on this airline

Sir,on 11feb11 evening 1830hrs I booked the Ticket Go Air website from bangalore to Delhi.
Total Three seats (Two adult and one child) Name Manoj Payal,Geeta Payal and Dhruv Payal through SBI online net banking.
money has been transfered from my account but i have not received any booking details.
my transcation id for the tranfer is as follows:

This is Om Prakash and i also lost my one bag during Delhi to Patna on 11th Dec, 2010 by GoAir flight with G8-343. My bag was a trolly bag of dark green color with FLIGHTWAY tag and its weight was around 8 kg. I complained regarding this to the Patna Airport even i posted feedback two times on GoAir website but, still no any response either from Patna Airport nor from GoAir Airlines. Now what should i do i don't know. But now i m sure that i can't travel by GoAir anymore nor i can suggest anyone to travel, as i lost my bag and no any response from any side even its services are very poor, always flights are delayed and canceled.
