[Resolved] Go Air — refund | |
I has booked ticket on GO Airlines Flight No:G8 311 for travelling date of 11th Desember 2009 from Delhi to Ahmedabad. The flight was cancelled due to some reasons. I has traveled by different airlines on that day. Till now I haven't recieved my ticket money. I contacted customer service of Travel Agent. They said money refunded within 15days. still now I haven't receive. I need grateful on this issue within 2 days else I am going to lodge a complaint against Go airlines and Make My Trip Travel Agent . Was this information helpful? | |

My parents booked the Go Air flight G8-352 which was supposed to be a direct flight for Delhi. to atart at 7 and reach by 8.
without information the flight was routed to Patna Airport, and there it was standing on runway foe more than 2 hrs and started from there at 12.
My parents were in a difficult situation since they had to reach Delhi urgently, to attend the funeral of my Grandfather. Had they known this, they would have taken some other flight.
A HUMBLE ADVICE IS NEVER TAKE GO AIR IF YOU NEED TO REACH SOME PLACE URGENTLY.

Go Air — non functional numbers
HiThis is Anshul Sajwan.I wanted to reschedule my flight on the 7th November to 8th November but none of the numbers provided by go air for rescheduling flights were working due to which i had to suffer mentally as well as monetarily. Go Air is the worst airline with no responsibility at all. I will be taking GO Air to court. they do not value their customers at all.
Go Air — missing of luggage
I have travelled from Delhi to Mumbai by Flight no G8-229 ( vishvmbhar soni& chanda soni) . PNR no of ticket 9XFYLO . I have checked in THREE Luggages at Delhi airport. He has put three tags on back side of ticket . Unfortunately, I got two bags at airport only. subsequently I have informed the the person incharge at airport and found tag of other passanger DEVI MANSNGH. I have registerda complaint ' PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT " with GO AIR at Aiport. Person inchage informed that you will get information by evening . I surprised to note that REPORT does not indicate any Tel no for future contact . secondly I try book complaint to customer services . The tel no given by customer services are - [protected]&90 .No body is lifting at aiport .Is this system is acceptable in a civilized society , people are cheating and allowed to do bussiness without taking care of customer.WHY NOT COMPLAINT CELL TO BE THERE FOR RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINT.
I AM LEAVING IN NAVI MUMBAI THAT MUST REACH AT MY RESIDENCE ON ADRESS FURNISHED IN THE REPORT . OTHERWISE I HAVE TO LEGAL ACTION .
Go Air — missing luggage
I was travelling from a Go Air flight G8 362 from Pune to Delhi on 15th Nov. I have not received the baggage in Delhi. I have also filled a complaining register form in DelhiEven after repeated calls for more than 12 days, I have not received any details about my baggage.
The number on the complaint form is also not answerable.

Go Air — No Refunds
Recently booked tickets via on-line payments in Go Air and cancelled the ticket, it's almost a month, i have not received my refunds.I try to contact the contact number provided by Go-Air, its always busy and not able to reach customer care agent.
Can anyone help me how to take it forward? Its muy hard earned money.

Go Air — Staff is not educated about the terms and policies
This is the worst airline i have ever seen. they are stringent on everything which is related to customers but when it comes to them they don't know anything.I booked a ticket from Srinagar to Mumbai and 50 Rs extra were charged after availing the refund voucher but when i asked why this was not shown at the time of booking. they said it's a system error and we will refund the money. go to website [protected]@gmail.com
this website God knows who created and when.
The staff is very uneducated about the policies and for each query customer has to be on hold for 15 - 20 mins. i think they have a tie-up with all the service providers and good way of minting money.
The least thing expected from them is a good cutsomer care who can answer the queries in less amount of time and give correct information.
They should educate their staff.
Untrained staff. bad experience everytime i book a ticket with them.
The worst airlines and they don't seem to care!!

Go Air — Refund not received for cancelled flight
Hi,I booked a flight on 1Jan,2011 for my wife. the flight got cancelled
and my wife was told that the refund will be given within 7 days. I am
attaching the scanned copy of the document that mentions that she is
eligible for full refund. As advised, sent a note to [protected]@goair.in on 7th Feb,2011 but no response.
Sent a reminder today (20Feb,2011).

Go Air — Non Refund of balance amount of beverages purchased on board GoAir Flight No. G8/173 dated 26 March 11
Dear concerned PersonI am making this complaint not because I lost something big but it is more of a behaviour & ethic that matter. I travelled by Go Air Flight No. G8/173 from Goa to New Delhi on 26/03/2011. My Boarding Pass No. was SEQ/112 & the PNR No was R307BU
I purchased one water bottle & gave Rs. 20/- to the airhostess who was cabin crew memebr alongwith the other guy named Abhijeet Singh Negi. While she was supposed to give me Rs. 5/- back as the cost of water bottle was Rs. 15/- she did tell me that she would give Rs. 5/- back. I waited for quite sometime & when I noticed that she has forgotten, I called her & told that you had not returned the balance amount of Rs. 5/-. She once again replied that she would do that but regret to inform that she never returned the same.
I landed at Delhi & came out of the airport. But this episode spoiled my whole impression about the airline about which I gave very good feedback while my journey from Delhi to Goa on 23rd March'11 under PNR No.R307BU.
The concerned persons in the said airline need to coach these young boys & girls to learn the ethics & reflect a good image of our country which has otherwise earned a bad name due to corruption. Had this been happened with any foreigner, what impression he would carry.
Hope somebody would look into this.

Go Air Lines — Higher charge
Dear Sir ,As i had booked 5 ticket fro m air port - for ahmedabad to Bangalore dt : 16/6/11 , they have charge 62 ,000 rs .Initial they told me rs 36,000 charge total tickets charge . By after checking tickets i will find for 3 tickets they will charge RS 20937 & another two tickets they charge Rs 41 258 . so total charge will be more thenRs 62000 , which is very higher Rs 26000 i have pay more then they have spoke. .
pl guide what we have to do?
