To, Mr B N Doongaji Vice President (commercial ) Godrej & Boyce Mgf Co Ltd. Mohali . Subject : complain of AC purchase in name of vinod saini vide invoice no 932930 dt 20/05.2009 Sir, Sorry to inform you that one AC was purchased by me in month of may invoice no 932930 dt 20 /5 2009. After installation it worked for just few hours than it stopped cooling .we complained at repair centre on mobile no [protected] . Engineers visits twice or Thrice time to repair they couldn’t fine the problem at last they changed the compressor saying that compressor is not working . Again the Ac was not doing cooling we complained on same number than they refilled the gas twice during these days the whole summer is passed AC was not cooling and the electric panel was not working .The auto cut system was also not working .Any how in the whole summer we get some hour cooling . Again after a month suddenly AC stopped working .Now we again complained on same mobile no. five days back one engineer visited our house after giving them two or three reminders .The electricity was not there during the engineer’s visit and he went back saying that he will come again on Monday. But not came till today .Now my 9 year son asked me from where we purchased such AC . I don’t have any answer . My AC is not repaired till date .Now as I am not satisfied with working of AC .So either you replace or refund the money or last option is that I should go to consumer court. Do the needful. Godrej — AC NOT WORKING
ANDORE MACHINE NOT WORKING INDORE MACHINE NOT WORKING PLS VISIT AS SOON AS POSIBLE
I have purchased 1.6 Ton Godrej AC Model No. GWC19G3WHH on May 1, 2009 from Venus Electronics, Inder Puri. One dry service has been done. For wet service, I have called several time but no one has come till date. Recent complaint reference no. is 219674. You are requested to expedite the same.

My AC - AW05E[protected] is under contract with Godrej vide [protected] for period[protected] to[protected]
since Oct my AC is not working despite loding complaints no action has been taken till date , your service centres guys visited twice and diagnose the problem as Fan motor issue .
Despite this part is convered under contract these guys delaying the issue , when no one turned after 15 days after lodging another complaint another person came he too daignose the same thing and left saying i will revert afterward as we have to take godrej approval for the same as expected no revert for 4-5 days when we called centre head he bluntly said you are not under contract i cant see your details in my record i will have to check with godrej ...
Again after 4-5 days we called up the same guy he told us he will consult with godrej about the part and let us know
What kind of Service Centres you are running i dont understand rename it as torture centres
