[Resolved]  Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. / Fridge (Axis) 170 Ltr. — Cooling Problems

I purchased a Godrej Axis Fridge of 170 Ltrs. from Sarada Electronic, 526 M. G. Road, Budge Budge, Kolkata - 700137 on 28 . 03 . 2007 . Being Model No. : GDA-19F, SL[protected] and Color - Dualtone .

Now the Cooling System is making trouble of this Fridge since December 2008 . Even Ice is not making .

I inform this problem to their service centre and Sarada Electronic but in vein . Even they demand Service charges (Rs. 250.00 ) for Inspection the Fridge . Where they give us 10 Yrs. Warranty .

This in convenience cause is too much regretted .

I therefore request the concern authorities to look into my matter immediately and take necessary steps as soon as possible .

i agree the above said complaint now godrej company under condition to collect the this kind of service
b'cause they wont keep their warranty and service to customer level b'cause their financial need.

Dear Sir,
Ref: ServiceContract No.[protected] dt 26.08.08 expired on 24.08.011, appliance no RD 165 CG-055
As cited above we regret to inform you that since 40/45 days we are trying to contact you over phone for maintenance of the same but failed to contact.
Now the above fridge is not working i.e, not cooling properly since long. please depute your mechanic as soon as possioble for the maintenance.
