SIR My fridge manufacterd by godrej not working last 45 day i give compaint toll free no .one gentle man came & visit our home .he told us compressor jammed .they take our fridge to their workshop ,& BROUGHT IT BACK AFTER 2 week . as their instruction kept that fridge one day with out starting .when we start fridge its not working properly.again give complaint to chennaioffice they give us 682520 reg no on[protected] & after no responce pl take it nesessery action against this complaints with regards biju Was this information helpful? | |||

pentacool — not working
Dear Sir,I have given complaint that fridge is not working in my house. Complaint number is [protected]. Already 5 days passed, no body has called me from godrej or from service centre. 5-6 times I called to the given toll free number and only one message that I have received every time is that service engineer will call me.
Kindly help me out.
