REMINDER - I
Dear Sir,
With reference to our earlier mail dated 04th Jan 2010 regarding refrigerator model no GF - 28 (STEEL) manufacturing defect (Electronic Ckt). Your representative from service center, Ghaziabad
has contact over telephone on 05.01.[protected] and suggested to kindly convert from electronic circuits to manual without physical checking and demanded Rs.800.00 for conversion charges with manual system.
My refrigerator is electronic model and under warranty, hence it is not agreed too, due to this I am facing lot of problem since long back and as per terms & conditions laid down, you may kindly process to replace by new one due to manufacturing defect.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest and reply/action is awaited by return mail.

Godrej Ref GF - 28 (STEEL) — Manufacturing defect
I had purchase one Godrej make refrigrator model no GF - 28 (Steel) from M/S NAVRANG AUDIO VIDEO (P) LTD, Regd office D-10, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi and sales office D-60, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi vide Invoice no 2460 dated 10th June 2005 by cash.Sorry to say that said refrigrator was not working properly since the supply.Accordingly time to time it was complained more than 9-10 times. After complaint the service engr. rectify the faults. But after 4-5 months the same problem repeat (Cooling problem) again and again. The last complaint has been lodged (complaint no 879507 dated 30th Dec'09) and rectified it by the service engr.
It seems that it is manufacturing defect and still it is under warranty.
Hence may kindly inquired the facts at your end and requested to kindly replaced by the new one.
