[Resolved] Godrej Refrigerator — Replacement of Godrej Refrigerator | |||
Dear Sir, This is with reference to my complaint no. [protected] dated[protected] and complaint no. [protected] dated[protected] registered through Toll Free no. regarding light system of the Refrigerator. Your engineer Mr. Manish Sharma (Mobile# [protected]) visited on Sunday i.e. on 06-05-12 and told that there is problem in the switch, which will be replaced by us. But the switch was already replaced by Mr. Jagmohan earlier. Again I reported this matter to Mr. Vikram (Mobile# [protected]) and on my request he visited and checked the switch properly. He found that switch is OK but there is too much dust/carbon particles which is creating problem, he cleaned and the switch starts working. Today now again I am facing same problem, onetime it works fine and next time it’s not. This may fuse the bulb and then your engineer will demand charges for replacing the bulb. Already I have been fooled by your engineer and purchased Godrej Stabilizer. I think this Godrej Edge, which unfortunately I have purchased has not been checked/tested properly before coming out of the manufacturing plant. I request you to please replace this defective refrigerator purchased in Feb. 2012, so that I may not face any new problem. Please do the needful at your earliest otherwise I will be compelled to file this matter in Consumer Court. Again I reported this matter to customer care and on my request he visited and checked properly. He found that compresser change again.
Today now again I am facing same problem, onetime it works fine and next time it’s not. This may fuse the bulb and then your engineer will demand charges for replacing the bulb. Already I have been fooled by your engineer and purchased Godrej Stabilizer.
I think this Godrej Edge, which unfortunately I have purchased has not been checked/tested properly before coming out of the manufacturing plant. I request you to please replace this defective refrigerator purchased in july 2011, so that I may not face any new problem.
Please do the needful at your earliest otherwise I will be compelled to file this matter in Consumer Court.
