[Resolved] Godrej Refrigerator — deficiency of service in warranty period | |||
we have purchased Godrej refrigerator from aurangabad. the Refrigerator started giving problems in functioning in month of april . complaint was given at toll free no of godrej .after giving continues complaint godrej service station provided delayed service .but that service of godrej was temporary service .only to complete the warranty period . again the complaint was given on 13 june2011 having complaint no 919185.no action was taken .and sms was rec showing that complaint was solved .the service station did not even called us and dirctly send an sms that problem was solved. again complaint was registered with toll free no of godrej .but till date no cognizances was taken . now a there is no other option left but to nock the doors of consumer forum Was this information helpful? | |||
