I have lodged a complaint on 30th November 2009 and the complaint no is 598306. that two Split A/cs are having the problem in the loovers movement which is getting stuck frequently and as our A/cs warranty period has lapsed there are charging Rs.450/- whenever they attend the call, but the problem is not yet resolved and now again they want to charge which is not reasonable.
Hence kindly see that the service is done promptly and problem is resolved.
