[Resolved]  Golden Forests India Ltd — refund

all my brothers and sisters we have been writing our complaints since so many years but there's no results
now to whom we should approach

Dear sir,

I have deposited on my name and my brothers name for Rs. 10000/- each vide Receipt Sl. Nos. 97/187866 / 97/187867 dated 04 Aug 1997. The maturity amount was Rs. 20000/- for each on nd completed 30/12/2000.

I have run from pillar to post but nothing happened. Submitted originals to one of the Ex-JWO residing at Baroda. Subsequently met lawyer and completed all the formalities and paid fees. Till date there is no information from anyone and no clarity on the refund status of my deposit amount.

I INVESTED 68000 RS. IN GOLDEN FOREST INDIA LTD. NOW THE COMPANY STOPPED WORKING AND IT TOOK BACK ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS FROM INVESTORS. GOVT. SHOULD SELL ITS ASSETS AND RETURN INVESTERS MONEY ON REASONABLE RATE.

I had invested Rs.1, 10, 500/- in Golden Forest India Ltd, but till date I did not receive my maturity amount. It is requested that my hard earned money may kindly be returned at the earliest possible.

My father had deposited 1 Lakh 50000 rupees in golden forest india limited in the years from 1996 to 1999. in year 2000 when company stopped its normal function and case was under supreme courts of india, , Now almost 15 years passed but there is no refund made by the committee. I wanted to ask whether hard money of the investors shall be paid back. Once company is having land and other assets worth 10000 crores it is very easy to sell off by open offer to companies like Reliance, Tata etc to pay back money. Please do the need full at the earliest.
There is no information published about status of the case. so I request that at least information about status may be published once in a year.

Sir, I Maehesh Rai from Bangalor have invested Rs-25000/ vide GFL(I)Ltd reciept certificate no-LS/97/3435 inAcctNo-01/9/LSD141186 on 05/01/1997 which maturity amount Rs -50, 000/ was on date 05/07/2000. I was given a post dated cheque no-633026 of C/D/ A/c n o-17004 o[censored]nion bankof India Manimajara.On maturity date I was t old take half amount of Rs-25000/ of total matured amount.The cheque (36773) money of Rs -25000/ was not paid to me as there was not sufficient amount in accout of GFL(i) Ltd as per PNB Ranimajara(2473) branch dated[protected].And remaining of Rs 25000/ I did not get any reciept or certificate.
In 2004 October On Chief Justice 's Notice fication I sent all original document regarding my investments to chairman office at at jharmudi near Ambala. so far no action taken. Pls do need full at the earliest.

My wife namelySmt.Surinder Kour was the nominee in both the certificates. Photo copy of claim is attached. Kindly arrange refund in my name or in the name of my son & my daughter.
