I completely support the above mentioned complaints and also state that i have also received the same mail with the name of the same person and file no. stating that i have been the lucky winner to receive the money. well, i had the same doubt and so i denied to send my personal information with him or anybody until i have any written proof from them stating that they are thee authorised perosnnels from Google. I thhink that by sending a fraud mail and everything to people on the name of Google they are misusing the reputation and the name of google so they should take some action against such frauds and guilty people.

I hopefully await to see some action taken against this.

This is just another around campaign. Nothin of this is real and someone should be a fool to give their bank account details without verifying the authenticity of such emails. Google should be pulling up these so called companies and get them legally closed to avoid any such scam which would affect the common man. (knowing that anyone would fall prey ...including myself

i want to know if this is a way of cheating?? i have received a scanned certificate signed by the two co-founder and presidents of google.. are they all fake??

I received the same letter that I have won award of 500000 pounds and pass my personal details. Accordingly, I sent my passport and driving licence details. In response, they have asked me to pay 0.14% of the award amount (that equals to Rs.50, 000) as the Gift Tax to the British Government, then only they will release the cheque.
I also wrote a letter to them that I am middle-class man and I cannot afford but assured them that I will give an undertaking on an judicial bond paper issued by our court that the tax will be paid after clearance.
Even after my request, they are just asking to pay the tax or loose the gift amount.
So, dear agreieved friends like me, please do not believe any of such spam and fake mails, which will waste both your valuable time and money. Keep working hard on your job/work and in return you will get fruitful money and happiness. Keep in mind that you will get nothing without doing anything.

I received same mail.This is the one way of making fool people.We all should come together to file case against all these nonsense people.

i have received the mail from google stating that i have been selected from random telephonic directory and should claim for 500000 british pounds, so they asked me to send the details to which i have send the details for the same but as they were not sending mail from two days i found it today on google sight that there are some scams of this type for email lottery scams.
thanks a lot that i have not given any cash for the same as i have learnt from some complaints in which they have paid cash for release for the prize amount.

i have received the mail from google stating that i have been selected from random telephonic directory and should claim for 500000 british pounds, so they asked me to send the details to which i have send the details for the same and the copy of my identity card and then they were demanding for money around 35, 000 but i denied to pay the amount to them and told them to contact the government regarding this then i fired them telling that i have send all their mails which they have send to me to the government... I didn't pay a single ruppee to them ...they all are fake people... thanks alot to all the people who have given their complaints and helped me ou of this...fake...
