This kind of frauds should be given model punishment so that this practice is discouraged. All possible legal points need be thought about to prevent and strongly warn these anti socials. But, the receiver's of these message can also restrain from responding to these mails and messages. Most of the
time these motives will be discouraged when nobody respond to them, not even to warn them personally.
