[Resolved] Govt. — Correct details are not in Election card after two time delivered card | |||
Respected sir/Mam now I want to change DOB in election card after my name correction done in my wife's election card. As per below complain raised in ("Grahak Seva" 113375) still there are no any response i had get and not DOB is getting wrong after name correction so i want to just ask you a person has only this work that just go at your gov. office and fill up for again & again ? When a person is give correct all details which are require from your side WHY ? wrong details filled from your side ? My wife election card no is SBK2194041 and now i will not go at your office for this correction if you want any details contact me on my cell [protected] - Ankit Parmar. Correct DOB :[protected] which was attached in last two forms which were i had submittedd. below is my previous complaint Respected sir/Mam I want to change my name in voter ID card which was issued to my wife in name of anilkumar I want to change this name as ankitkumar , which is my actual name. Please do the needful at the earliest. I had visited three time at "collector kacheri" 1st time I had collect form no 8 for name change fill it and stand in queue near about 2 hours after that office time was over & close. 2nd day I was again visit & stand 3 hours after that told me please submit your marriage certificate or invitation card so again my visit was not convert in successful visit so I was again visit next day with my marriage invitation card after that told me please fill form no 6. Form no 8 is not correct for which was I had filled so is there any mistake from my side regarding form because there are board hang " please fill form no 8 for name change & already I had filled it. So why told me fill new 6 no form nobody have enough time for these stupid processes. I had visit three times at office to take leave from office with my current job timing & boss is not always give permission to resolve our personal issue in official timing. If I had already submitted correct documents on first time why wrong name was printed that is not my fault & why I have visit again & again at govt. Personal — Name changed on my Voter ID Card
I have submitted forms required for the corrections for three times.last time when I received the card it was surprising that in place of my name, some body's name was printed.
I applied for the name change. but till date I have not received the Voter ID Card with corrections.
THE REPEATED BLUNDERS OF MISTAKES BY THE DEPARTMENT FOR MAKING VOTER ID CARDS IS A SERIOUS MISTAKE AND THE PERSONNEL/OFFICIALS MUST BE PUNISHED STRICTLY AS "IT IS THE SECURITY CONCERN FOR THE WHOLE COUNTRY"
THE WAY THE OFFICIALS BEHAVE SHOWS HOW THE TERRORISTS GET THE ACCESS TO ANY PART OF OUR COUNTRY.
THE COVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS REGARD.
WHEN I ENTERED AND APPLIED TO GET MY FIRST CIVIL SUPPLIES (Ration Card) CARD IN DELHI, FIRST I OBTAINED THE DELETION CERTIFICATE FROM MY HOME TOWN AND SUBMITTED THE SAME TO DELHI CIVIL SUPPLIES DEPTT. THEN GOT MY RATION CARD.
FOR VOTER ID CARDS AND CORRECTIONS, I SUBMITTED ALL THE PROOFS REQUIRED BY THE AUTHORITIES. DESPITE THIS, THEY MADE BLUNDERS.
AS A RESULT, TODAY MY VOTER ID CARD IS ON OTHER'S NAME.
HOW SAD.
ONE MUST FIND A SOLUTION FOR THIS.

Sir,Can you please look in to the train route of train no. 6231.
It stops at Bangalore East and then Bangalore cantt, which are hardly 2-3 kms away from each other.
Since it is not routed through KRPuram, can you please look in to the feasibility of stopping it at Bypannahalli(where some times train stops for crossing) for commuters comfort.

Personal — not delivered in time
Dear sir,I have sent one consignment in NAVATA PARCEL SERVICES on 19/01/2009 from Chikkballapur to Tandur. So far i have not recieved my consignmnet. After making so many calls to NAVATA they are unable to track the consignment. I am really upset with services. Every time it takes longer duration to destinations.Kindly do something to track our material. The staff in NAVATA are not responding properly.The consignmnet no. is UO28267/1 dated 19/01/2009
