the Road from where the water of School goes out is broken from 20 year ... i have often many times say to the Gram Pradhan of my village... but he always ignored my problem ... now i give him the status of problem in written applcation... but he is not taking the mmatter seriously... now i want to give a complaint of him . by what law should i complain about him and how to do that...

hamare village mai Mamta devi W/O Ajay kumar pardhan ki post par hai lekin 6 saal se hamere gao mai kuch bhi nahi kiya sirf harijan ki galiya mai road laga diye hamare gao ki sadke bahut kharab hai aur naaliya bhi . Plz sir in baato par dhiyan dena. Plz iski inquiry ki jaaye.
