I had booked one flat with GREEN CITY BUILDTECH PVT. LTD. in their SOLITAIRE GREEN DHARUHERA PROJECT and entered into agreement with them for a purchase of two bedroom flat no. C - 23, 2nd floor, having floor area approx. 1200 sq.ft. and made the payment as below: 1. ICICI Bank, Cheque No. 445489, dated[protected], amounting to Rs. 2, 00, 000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only) vide their Receipt No. 5710/Samridhi, dated[protected]. 2. HDFC Bank, Cheque No. 204640, dated[protected], amounting to Rs. 3, 07, 000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Seven Thousand Only) vide their Receipt No. 6225/Samridhi, dated[protected]. Thus totaling to Rs. 5, 07, 000/- (Rupees Five Lakh Seven Thousand Only) They had issued the allotment letter dated 30th October 2007 and assured in all the telephonic conversation since then that they will delivered the flat by 2010. After appearing the news clip in Times of India on 19th June 2009 on Third Page about the absconding of the builder I was perplexed and wanted to verify. Today about 10:30 am I reached to their so-called registered office at A-3, Sector-59, Noida (UP) but to my utter surprise nobody was available but one notice on the gate that their corporate office has been sifted at 829, Ansal's Laxmi Deep, Laxmi Nagar Distt. Center, Vikas Marg, Delhi. Which also I got varified but they are not available even in Laxmi Nagar Distt. Center. Some how I could contact MR. JITENDER CHOUDHARY (M.D.) OF GREEN CITY BUILDTECH. He has admitted that no staff is available with him now and he has got no office address but can shift the booking of flat to other builder. Which is not tenable. I therefore sincerely request you to help me in realizing back my hard earn money, which MR. JINTENDER CHOUDHARY has cheated from me. Was this information helpful? | |

I too am a victim of this fraud.After investing our hard earned money amounting to 5.07 lacs in three installments starting from Dec 06, now dream home is becoming a distant dream.This has given a rude shock to entire family.I have lodged a formal complain against this unscrupulous builder Jeetendra Chaudhary at PS Sector 58, Noida and wish he is booked as early as possible and forced by our esteem courts to return our money.

As already posted I am too a victim of this fraud.I was too shocked to see news paper reports in Jagran about green City affairs.I would scan those reports and will try to put on net.Further request for guidance to move further in the matter from my fellow sufferers.

This may be a long legal fight, but there has to be a beginning. For guidance I have mailed to Mr N.Agarwal and waiting for his reply(his mail ID is on this page only).You may contact him too.But at very first stage you put an application to the Office OF ACP of EOW at Qutab Institutional Area.

Green city — fraud by green city
Hi,Me my brother and two of my friends booked 4 flats in the greencity dharuhera project in jan 2007 by investing the base amount of Rs 200000/- each. The me and my brother submitted the second installment of 1lakh 72 thousand upon recent of the demand note and various reminders from greencity. The there was not progress on the project for the past one year and upon greencity buildtech's refusal to refund the amount. they suggested to transfer the amount to a plot in there Agra project and for which we can have the registry of plot with no other option me my brother and one of my friend decided to go for the same. Our amount was adjusted and Rs 61000 was taken from my friend and the allotment letters were issued now even after the complete payment we have no one whom we can contact for the registration of plots even.
I am also got cheated...
We also have purchased one 200 Sqyds plot in NRI City, Bhiwadi of Green City Buidtech Pvt. Ltd at A-3, Sector-59, Noida (UP) in 2007. We paid the full payment of Rs 740, 000 in 3 installments in 2007.
We have been visiting their offices regularly and they used to tell us their project would come sooner or they would give us offer to shift our money to some of their other project at current market price which was never acceptable to us. We thought of waiting but now we hear that the builder is absconding and case is under EOW probe.
Please advise on future steps so that we remain connected with you all and what we should we do to get registered with EOW to claim our money whenever the matter gets resolved.

I am in synch with all of the above. I would like to join the forum and am keen to actively participate in any activity which would help to take action against these frauds.
The money of 2 lac which i invested almost 3 years back hoping to get a plot of 200 sq yards in Bhiwadi, seems to have gone down the drain. This is extremely hard earned money and this is real catastrophe for a person like me.

Your problems regarding investments in GreenCity Projects are near an end as we have filed a winding up petition at Hon'ble Delhi High Court in 2012 and official liquidator was also appointed longtime back. The winding up of GreenCity Buildtech is in process and soon all of you will get your invested money back.
