Green Line Travels — Cheating Customer and Assigning Wrong Seats when you board the bus | |||
I would like to update that the Travel Agent (Greenline Travels) has cheated us while assigning the seats for our travel on 14th July 2011. I went to their office at Anand Rao Circle on Thursday July 14th morning at 9:45 AM. I spoke to the concerned person regarding my travel Plans for "Tirupathi Darshan" and told them i need the booking for today 8:30 BUS VOLVO AC / Sheegra Darshan. These booking was for my Wife and Mother in Law and Brother's in Law who were travelling to "Tirupathi" for Balaji Darshan. The Travel Agent Presented the Seating Chart and i booked seat number 33, 34, 35, 36, 37. (To Mention the chart was for a 45 seats Volvo)... He confirmed and i also double checked in the seating chart that the seats are not at the complete end and my Family's journey should not be uncomfortable as my wife as a history of cervical problem. To my surprise my wife called me after boarding the BUS and she informed me that they have given 3 seats in the back most row (The last seats at the end of the BUS).... I called Greenline Travel office and spoke to Mr. Srinivas, however he polotiy denined that "GreenLine Travels" did not made any mistakes while assigning the seats. He infomred that the BUS my family has boarded is a 40 seats Volvo instead of a 45 seats..... I double checked and recollected my sense from morning and confirmed his that the seats which i booked were not at the complete end and its was a 45 seats Volvo chart... Despite of many request he denied me options to change the seats. I had a huge discussion with Mr.Srnivas but he denied me every time.... (All this happens when you pay the complete amount feed their mouth with Money and then let them make you run the way they want) Travel Agents like these should be completely banned from operating at all.... I had to be ashamed in front of my Family for having booked the tickets with Green Line Travels. In case there is an option to fight this back further please let me know....I will go to the extent of Consumer Court and get my money refunded (as my money is hard earned and not coming from cheating people). Please take this on a very serious note and allow the consumer court for taking action against Green Line Travels... Green Line Travels #32, Hotel Suprabatha Building,, Seshadri road, Aanadrao Circle, Bangalore, Karnataka, India - 560009
We had a trip for 4 days with my parents & in-laws for North Karnataka. They charged very high amount and driver behaviour is rude. I made calls to the Green line branch owner but no response. He did not even talk to driver. Cab condition is pathetic and i was travelling with old age people and driver never considered the situation and drove very rash.
Once come back from trip branch owner did not even tried to warning to driver. They cheated us on amount as well as service.
