[Resolved] GTM Teleshopping — money not refunding, They don't reply

I had ordered a speedofit belt from GTM Tele shopping before 15 days. I have received before 10 days, it has stopped working withing 7 days. I used it only for 5 days.

I am very disappointed with this poor product. Then I called on the number which was given on receipt [protected]. A girl provided me the complain number 170B10 and told me that I have to send it to your Indore address from Post office.

I have posted it before 4 days with copy of my receipt and application which is written on the back of receipt.

This company is not trustable at all; even their operator which is in charge of replying customer is too rude. I was in Bangladesh and I asked the operator to guide me that if it is possible I purchase one of their production from Dhaka or not, but before I finish my words, the operator told me go to our site, she said it very fast and then cut the phone!!! I’m so sorry still they doesn’t know how to behave with customers

I purchase a speedofit belt through teleshoping vide order No. 4159. The belt stop working after more than one month I contacted with them, they replied that as the time of 01 month is over they could not replace/repair the same I have to order for a fresh belt. These belt are of very inferior quality and they are openly cheating the customer through the TV Advertisement.

NO RESPONSE AFTER ORDERING PRODUCT. WEBSITE NOT WORKING.

I ORDERED A PRODUCT ON GTMTELESHOPPING.COM ON 17/4/2014. STILL I HAVEN' T GOT THE PRODUCT AND THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT WORKING, FRAUD WEBSITE. AND EVEN NO RESPONSE MAIL FROM THEM. I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT FOR THE PRODUCT ONINE ITSELF.
