[Resolved] Haier — Fedup of Water Geyser | |||
I have purchased a Haier water geyser on 10th of January 2011. I am feeling that this is my biggest mistake of life. The geyser stopped working on 4th of October which I reported to Haier customer support. they said that a major part is to be replaced, they ll get it in 2 days but took a long time and got that part replaced on 15th of October. The geyser worked fine for next few days and then again major fault came on 29th of October just 14 days after the first issue was resolved. The problem was same again that geyser was not even getting on. This time Haier took 5 day to get it fixed. I was able to use it for few more days and then again on 21st November, same problem came, no power in Geyser, this problem is not yet solved as the part to be changed is still pending. The customer support said they cannot give any tentative date that when the geyser will be fixed. I am fedup of Haier service. I will appreciate any help.
