[Resolved]  HAIROONTHAI GROUPS — Paper cup machine Delivery

i also agree the same and faced same problem

I am canceled my machine booking order from hairoonthai groups and received the post date cheque on 25 th november the amount of rs 2 lakhes.
I am waiting for the money up to the cheque date.
So i would like return my complaint against the hairoonthai groups.

i ordered a machine in HAIROONTHAI GROUPS and they provided an excellent service and delieverd a machine with in 3 hours, after reading comments from the previous coloumn i will be in half mind whether order a machine in HAIROONTHAI GROUPS but they delivered with in 3 days and iam quite happy with the service .

i saw above 2 person 1 prabhu2k 2 selvam120 this peoples are talking in false . Above mentioned company not sale a single machine also. My 1 friend was 5 month before booked 1 paper cup machine . at that time they are told within 40 - 60 days delivery time and also the main jok is the machine cost 7 Lakh Rupees But first advance 2 Lakh only Balance payment EMI Basis . Now listen to me This EMI basis option No Need Chek Leaf or any other Leagel Process . I contact somany advacates they are give the right answer This Type Emi option is Imposible. and May Be this is Cheating .

I saw above persons prabhu2k and selvam120 this two peoples are talking may be in false because they given wrong phone numbers.Selvam mensioned first line, he got the machine within 3 hours but in secont line he mensioned got the machine in 3 days.That means he is also given the wrong statment.some persons are waiting the machine then how to selvam hot the machine?.may be this is the cheating method.

sveluchamy ur correct . because now iam getting 5 another person phonecalls . that peoples are waiting 4 to 5 months now alredy finished. maximum china to india shipping and clearence time is 40 to 45 days so why they are take 5 to 6 months ????????... if this is original offer? so hairoonthai need to publish the shipping documents( BILL OF LADING DETAILES)... THIS IS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING DOCUMENT SO EVERY PERSON CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY TO REQUEST THIS BILL OF LADING .

I had made an order with HAIROONTHAI GROUPS, HAIROON THAI PALACE, NO : 5, MOSQUE STREET, SADIQUE BASHA NAGAR, (NEAR SURYA MAHAL) VIRUGAMBAKKAM, CHENNAI -600092; PH:[protected], MOB: 91-[protected], for Paper Cup Machine and paid an advance amounting rupees 2 Lakh through Demand Draft payable at SBI Poovattuparamba Branch D D Bearing number 936959 Rs 2,00,000/- Dated 23/05/2011 in accordence with terms and conditions the firm will be supplied the machine within 30 to 40 days. But so far the firm did not supplied the machine. As and wen I enquired the matter , their repply is that wait for machine now a days I have been warned agiainst visiting Chennai and threatened that if seen in Chennai they would get me , arrested by Chennai Police . More than 7 months is over the firm has neither supplied machine nor return back my advance with my compensation. Instead of sending machine now they are threaten me . For starting above production unit I had taken a room on rented basis for which I am paying rent 7 last 7 months due to above reasons I am facing a lot of problems mentally and financially.
In vew of above I humbly request to your honour that you may kindly look into the matter and kindly helpe to me, to get either machine or my advance amount with my compensation from the above firm.

Iam Nisha from HAIROONTHAI GROUPS, we really shocked to see the complaint from Dayananda and the last client who not even given his contact number, this party Dayananda not find suit at the time of inspection, so our higher official decide to cancel to deliver the machine, and simply returns the payment in the mode of cheque dated on 07/01/2012 ch.no. 382349, and he also takes his money, we are having all proof related with banks, as we mentioned in receipt condition apply, so we not responsible for any other loss he dones, and the last person, i thought he not a men or even women who gave complaint against us, whoever wants to rise complaint against us, better come straight, we sitting in only place in valsaravakkam, we never ran away, we never bother about the stupid messages, rising in internet, we are growing company, many stupids those who want to spoil our business, they giving complaints like this, some clients those we not feel good, we simply returning their money, eventhough we mentioned in receipt as condition apply, machine costs comes to 7 lacks + clearing charges, ... initial charges we taking 2lac only after mentioning this word, if we not satisfied then ur payment will returned to u, so i request client who wants to complaint against us plse give your contact number, our receipt number, when u booked, all the details, and i[censored] take return of your money, just put that also, LET everyone finds that if we find who spoils our name, then i go with legal action against your complaint, and put a loss of compensation against u, take it as last warning we already take this step with MR.DAYANANDA, i hope within this week, we both meet in courts, Regards NISHA[protected]
