Haldiram — STONE IN NAVRATAN NAMKEEN

ALSO TODAY VISITED TO HALDIRAMS NAGPUR LOCATED AT AJNI SQUARE TO BUY CAKE, THE STAFF BEHAVED VERY RUDLY AND SAID LENA HAI TO LO, 2KG KI HI MILEGI LENA HAI TO LO...I THINK NOW HALDIRAM IS OK WITH MONEY ONLY

I found a big lump in May 12 packing of Haldiram Navrattan Namkeen

27/11/2012 ...i went to haldiram moti nagar for dinner with my family..we had ordered masala dosa...matter kulcha...balle papdi and coke..
in which mutter kulchas are sticking...to the mouth...and when i compaint no body is there to listen..they said the counter is closed...it was a very bad experience.So many times i had dinner over there before but this is the worst experience...

i am a great fan of your haldirams namkeen specially navrattan but i also found a lump of stone in it but more unfortunate than MR. S.Adhikari i discovered it when it was already inside my mouth. Well anyways the 1 kg packet is with the manufacturing date MAY/14 & batch no. <13>C.
Hope u'll look into the matter bcoz haldiram's has a very good repute and am sure also concerned about its standard/quality of products.
