[Resolved] Harddisk Accel Frontline Services Limited - Seagate Accel Frontline Fraud — HDD not being replaced | |
I have purchase Seagate 500GB Sata Harddisk from "Cost to Cost", Nehru Place, Delhi Invoice No "D-RI/4766" on 4Dec2008. HDD had 5 years warranty. www.costtocost.in [protected]@airtel.in I verified online http://support.seagate.com/warranty and product was in warranty till 10-Sep-2013 Model No : ST3500320AS /9BX154-303 Serial : 5QM2TZSH Country : India My Harddisk got faulty and raised RMA at seagate website and it clearly showed it to be under warranty. I packed HDD and send it to their chennai office for replacement. To my surprise I get email saying that HDD is not under warranty as it "NOT VALID INDIA DRIVE". So I make my own courier arrangement to collect these drives from my pocket within 30day. Seagate and ACCEL is making fool by not giving warranty after sales. If they did not wished to give warranty then why on their website said that its still under warranty and send to Chennai for replacement. I have lost my Hard disk and even paid courier charges.
