[Resolved]  Hathway — Take action against hathway

I have sent a mail to hathway for shift my internet connection at another address. They told me it will done within two days, but still they don't shift at another address. I always call hathway call center they are not able to resolve my problem, Hathway call center no. is [protected]. Please suggest me what should i do or take action against Hathway.
