[Resolved] Hathway Internet — Poor infrastructure and internet speed | |
Hathway Internet - www.hathway.com I renewed Hathway Regular 64 kbps unlimited connection to Free way extra 1:2 256 kbps unlimited with customer ID 194137 on September 17, 2007 for half yearly package and paid the full amount in advance. I was guaranteed net speed in-between 120 140 kbps but right from the day one the speed was around 20 30 kbps. On registering complaint several times, it took Hathway internet three days to send the technical representative to resolve the issue but even the tech representative was unable to resolve the issue and promised to get back to me within two days with resolution. Upon pursuing the complaint they say the complaint is in-process and the tech representative will be there by the end of the day. Still waiting for the tech representative to respond! Why Hathway Internet did promise me 256 kbps speed when they do not have good infrastructure to provide the speed and technical support team to resolve the complaints? I request the Hathway to either refund the amount paid or provide me with the speed that they had initially promised. Was this information helpful? | |

Hathway Internet — Horrible connectivity
We switched from Airtel internet to Hathway. Worst decision ever. They do not provide wireless router. The internet gets disconnected every day after 2-3 hrs without fail.Have to log onto the hathwya login page before you can access internet which does not work on i-pad.

I have taken the Hathaway Internet connection a month ago, and I was promised the speed of 400kbps for which I am paying 600rs per month plus I have also given 500rs as installation charges, but the speed I am getting is not good at all and I also asked them that I want to change my password but they are so inefficient to help the customer that I would suggest that no one should take this Internet service.

hathway internet service — less speed than specified in the plan.
i have opted for the ' happyway 512 quarterly prepaid' plan for my internet connection. it is hard to know that i am actually getting a speed of around 300 to 320 only, instead of 512 as mentioned in the plan. on complaining with the helpline the customer service office bluntly tod me that though they have proposed a 512 speed for the particular plan, the custome would actually receive a speed of around 300 only. this is clear misrepresentation and a from of cheating with the customers. kindly help and be aware of false promises given by a reputed company. kindly not my mobile number as [protected]
