I'm R. JENITHA i joined in HDFC bank ltd, Erode, Tamilnadu (HBL) PL division in July 2006 and i resigned my job in Febuary 2009 my Emp No: J04049. I received my relieving letter and PF forms. I send my PF forms to HBL Global Ltd for past 1 month. Then when will i get my my PF Amount. I need your Reply soon.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I was an employee of HDFC Bank under HBL Global Pvt. Ltd. in Liability department from 18th June, 05 to 15th May, 06 in Howrah branch in Kolkata, under the team of Arya Mazumdar (Senior Sales Officer). My employee code was N02722.

I want to tell to that after the salary of the month of April, 06 & after my resignation i can't get my full and final settlement yet.

I talk for this with my seniors at that times but they will just assuring me that i will get my full and final settlement along with my PF surely very soon but 3 year is past and i cant get any single penny.

Neither i get any of my salary slip during my tenure properly and regularly. Also i am waiting for my Foam 16 for the financial year 05-06 & 06-07 yet.

I want to request you to please provide me the concern person contact no. along with there email id to cantact them for my full and final settlement along with my all salary slip during my tenure and Foam 16 for 05-06 & 06-07 financial years and wants to knew the processer to withdrawl my PF fund.

I want to request yoy to please revert me back as earliest as possible.

I had joined hbl global pvt.ltd.as sales executive on july 09.at gurgaon branch. my last working day was nov 2009.On may20, 2009.I recieved p.f. form from HBL Global pvt.ltd i fill the form & forward to HBL Global pvt.ltd. mumbai in complete manner. But still i have not recd.my p.f. amount for which i have been waiting from last 7 months.

I NIRUPA C PANDIT WAS WORKING FOR HBL GLOBAL P LTD AS A TELESALES EXECUTIVE FOR PERSONAL LOANS IN GOA MY PF NO :N02497 .I WORKED FOR THE COMPANY FROM 19 MAY 2005 TO 31 JAN 2007 AND I RESIGNED BUT RECENTLY IN JUNE 2009 I HAD FORWARDED MY PF WITHDRWAL FOR TO HBL OFFICE MUMBAI. I GAVE A CALL ASKING FOR THE STATUS THE GAVE ME THE (MH[protected] AND SAID TO CONTACT PF OFFICE IN MUMBAI.BUT TILL NOW NO MONEY HAVE BEEN CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT.

PLEASE SOLVE MY ISSUE ON URGENT BASIS.

See HBL is having an huge amount of staff allover india. HDFC all sourced manpower is coming under HBL .. There is a process for resignation & Exit fomalities. Most of the employees are absconding due to their own issues. In such a case it creates prob for Full & final settlement and PF form
PF form has to filled completly and sent to HBL HR along with resp docs . Same details will be forwarded to the PF OFFICE ( govt Org ) .Which take some time to process PF amt Refund.

So all employees before leaving should do the needful about exit.. NO one will face issue like this.
