This is bring to your kind notice that I am Neetu Garg Code N07922 Working as a TSE from dated 6th Nov.to22thDec.2009. but I am not able to continue in service due to extra stressful environment created by the Team leaders’ particularly Mrs. Bharti Arora .Her Behavior is very crucial. She shouted on employees like a jailor and use dirty words. She acts like a jailor and the employees are prisoners of her jail. She convert the organization in to Tihaad jail. She usaully call all employees even on Sunday. There is no leave for employees. They took work from employees more than working hours. They thinks the employees are slave. The condition of employees are like bonded labor. Lunch time is only of 12 to15 minutes. Many times lunch is not allowed. Many times she marks absent even they are present. They made the organization hell. Mr.Hermeet (Mentor) recruits the Candidate only threw his authorised Agent Shashi Sharma (N1 callers promoters), situated in the market of sector 19 booth no.199 opp. Church, on the bases of 50-50. Agent Shashi Sharma charged 6000 Rs. From every candidate. She also charged 6000 Rs. From me. Mrs. Bharti Arora insulted me many times like get lost from here, none sense etc. So I was Giving 15 days prior notice for Resignation on dated 18th dec. 2009. but they refused to accept my notice of resignation and press me to mention reason of marriage for resignation otherwise resign immediate. They refused to give me E-mail id of Bombay Head office & address of local head office. So I am Sending 15 days notice of resignation by mail. Kindly accept my15 days notice of resignation from dated 18.12.2009 and oblige me.

I had been working in HBL GLOBAL PVT LTD as sales executive.I have left this company in march 2009.I have applied for settlement of my PF account in August 2009.Now my company is saying that your application has been sent to bandra pf office on 17th of november, and PF office is saying that your application has returned to your establishment on 7th of december.I have applied for this for four months ago.my company didn't agree that application has received by him which is sent by my PF office on 7th of December .I don, t know who is right? kindly help me in this issue.For this I shall be ever thankful to you.
