[Resolved] HCL CDC — No certificate given | |
I have registered for CCNA course in April 2008...The course got completed in May, 2008. But till now I haven't got my certificate. I went around 10 times to their office from my busy schedule ... But they always given excuse. I can't understand how can one certificate of only 1 month course can take 4 - 5 months to reach to me..I feel cheated... They also told me that they will give me oppurtunity for job interviews etc. but till now I haven't got any such oppurtunity apart from one online exam for HCL CDC itself. My qualification is B.E. (E&C) with 2.6 Yrs IT Experience...and I also have training in ERP If they cant provide interview oppurtunity to me how they will provide interview oppurtunity to others. I am yet to complete my Software Training course at HCL CDC Pitampura branch. My experience so far in this IT institute is very pleasant. Considering the industry relevant standard that it offers, I think HCL Career Development Centre is worth your money. HCL CDC also provides plant visits and field visits which is one of the USP of the training programme.
The management service at this training centre is also quite co-operative. After being a part of the institute, I understand why HCL Career Development Centre has got service excellence award for its infrastructure and service.
Everyone is welcome to share his or her opinions about the institute. From my side I am all for HCL CDC for its great course, great faculty! And excellent plant and field visits.

I am a ex-employee of HCL CDC. Do not trust them. Once if you come for counseling they will say all that what will provoke you to get enrolled for the course. Like starting the classes immediately, immediate issue of book materials and offering placement etc. They will collect money from by sending a person to your home like what a bank does to collect money through collection agencies. After which they will not start the classes as specified time, no reading material will be issued on time, they will offer break to you in between the course. Once you are done with the course then You will be dragged for the exams and after completing the exams then you will not get your certificates in a timely manner.
I have seen people coming and shouting at the office for commencing the classes, issue of books and certificates. Even the laptops what has to be issued to the students who are getting enrolled were not provided to them. When they were not able to solve these problems they will change the technical head of the center and ask him to solve the problems. The discount coupons and vouchers for the certification exams will not be given in a timely basis. When you start questioning about these issues they will keep on giving some lousy answers and never provide you with a appropriate answer. They will even point you as if that you are the culprit. As a whole this is a High tech cheating business of one of the prestigious IT companies of India HCL. Never trust HCL CDC and waste your money.
Not only students even employees are a victims of the organisation. They wont give your offer letter properly. No proper appraisal and no proper relieving order. For my relieving order I am runing behind them for almost 4 months still now I have not received it.
My kind advice whether you are trying to get enrolled in HCL CDC as a student or trying to peruse a good career NEVER EVER CHOOSE HCLCDC. They are frauds and cheats. All they want is to make lots and lots of money. They don't care about anybody or anything.

I completely agree wid all da above complaints against HCL CDC Gariahat Branch. The senior business development executive Biplab Chakraborty & his collegue Soudipto Malakar r big fat [censored]s. Kaveri Pal, a student counsellor is an absolute . She does no work at all but knws only hw 2 seduce her collegues Biplab, Soudipto n othrs. the H.O.D. Anupam Gayen though miniature in stature bt corosal in live n deceptiveness n Kajori Gayen, his dedicated wife, alwys beside her husband wen it comes to cheating the students.n mind it though she isnt well versed in English she conducts the English Communication classes(Liqvid).
