[Resolved]  HCL Desktop — HCL Service Issue..

Hi,
We are regular customer of HCL; I have logged the complaint For Our Machine No. 5074AZ480758 ON Dated 30.06.2009 with complaint no. 300608, Call Attended by engineer 02.07.09 and reported that there is a problem on SMPS, so he carried with him the same to HCL. On dated 11.07.2009 after so many requests engineer came again and installed the SMPS. This day made a new story of fault on Main Board. So he carried the main Board also to HCL on same day. After some time I got the call from HCL that “The Board has burned and replacement will chargeable”. In this case I would also like to inform you that, last time while engineer had visited to my office on 02.07.09, there was problem only with SMPS. If board has burned, how it is possible because we are using HCL Provided SMPS. Which were installed time to time on complaints. It was the 5th time of SMPS complaint for this particular System (detail mentioned below). Here is no power fluctuation problem in our premises, if any power issue occurred how other 50 HCL Machines are working on same environment.

HCL — Respond as soon as possible

hello there i m gaurav kumar from bangalore
i want to register a complaint regarding the worst response i received from ONE AND ONLY service center of HCL in bangalore in spite of paying almost 15000 without bill i am not at all satisfied and i assure you not even 1 % problems of my laptop is solved so i request you to take effective actions on this complaint or else i would have to put a claim on the respective company.

HCL Desk top — No response from service centers

The complain for a desktop Sl.No:6064AZ108972 is not working from last 6weeks and the engineers of Green Park Centers are not giving any response. Rather after talking to them personally they misbehaved saying that now onwards they will not even log complains for the system and no engineers will be provided.

HCL Desktop — No response on the Compalins registered at the customer care

Sir,

I am a local resident of delhi residing at Satbari, Mehrauli and have a desktop which has an extended warranty. I have lodged complains many a times. but every time they give me a complain no. and no visit is made by any engineer. they say that we will get a call in a day or two but i have not recd. any call till date. The customer care is also so pathetic hat nobody picks up the phone or else it is busy all the time. When a call is connected to the Department nobody gives response and the call gets disconnected all the time. Its been almost 2 months that i am trying to call them to my place for the problem in the computer but they haven't paid any attention to that. The last complain no. given to me was[protected] on 3rd August, 2009 and i had a chat with Mr. Joseph there. they sais that i will get a call from engineer in 2 days. I haven't recd. any call from them till date. I really feel sorry for such a bad service and warn the company that if strict action is not taken asap i will drag them to consumer court and will take a strict action towards them.

HCL — No response from customer care

We posted teh complaint that we are not able operate the PC to HCL customer care. There is no reponse from them from past 10 days. We posted the complaint on 01/19/2010. SO need to think before purchasing the HCL PC as there will be worst response from the customer care.

HCL/Desktop — not getting proper response from customer care

With due respect, i want to state that i loged a complaint regarding my desktop problems which i purchased from "Anshul computers" shakarpur,vikas marg in sep 2009 on 10th march & my problem is not yet rectified by your company.

kindly do something in my favour,or otherwise i will take a serious action against your company.

HCL — Non-response during warranty

I bought a HCL Beanstalk desktop bearing S No A084AQ157131 at Delhi in Aug 2009. I was sold this computer by the authorised dealer with an understanding that it will be upgraded to Windows 7 after I register the computer on the company website. Despite registration the upgrade DVD never came. I talked to all levels of managers but they denied that such an offer for upgrade existed, though the upgrade offer was also on the internet on the Windows website.
The computer kept crashing repeatedly and the service engineers kept blaming it on non-upgrade to Window 7 initially. Gradually the service engineers stopped coming and the computer was lying spoilt for quite some time. After a lot of verbal abuse to the HCL top brass finally some engineers started coming and said that the motherboard and another part need to be replaced. Multiple visits by engineers after gaps of a week each in which they would get spares which would never work, finally got the computer running. After a week the computer crashed again. On calling the service engineer the blame was put on the UPS now. I got tyhe uPS checked by two companies who have certified that there is nothing wrong with it. No engineer came thereafter. I was assured by the service manager that my warranty has been extended as my computer was off-road for such a long duration. However now the HCL call centre does not even register the complaintsaying that the warranty is over.
HCL is the worst as far as service is concerned
