[Resolved]  HCL DESKTOP ( PC ) — HARD DISC DAMAGED

I HAD PURCHASED ONE PC HCL FROM M/S SHIVA ENTERPRISES AKASH GANGA SUPELA BHILAI IN THE MONTH OF SEPT'2009 . IT WAS RUNNING WELL BUT IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST'2010 ITS HARD DISC WAS DAMAGED WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD .I WENT TO THE SHOP KEEPER , HE PICKED UP THE CPU AND DO IT IN ONE MONTH TIME . AND TOLD ME THAT IF SOME THING WILL HAPPEND I WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE . SIR KYA HCL ITNA KHARAB COMPANY HAI KI EK CUSTOMER KO SECOND TIME SERVICE NAHI DE SAKTA.I AM DR MANOJ AGARWAL AND HAVING CLINIC AT DAKSHIN GANGOTRI AKASH GANAGA BHILAI. I ALSO PURCHASED TWO LAPTOP FROM HIM . I DO NOT KNOW WHY THE COMPANY DEALER IS DOING HARRASMENT TO ME IN THIS MATTER. I ALSO COMPLAINT FOR KEYBOARD THAN HE PICKED UP AND SAID IT IS NOT REPAIRABLE AND GIVEN AFTER ONE MONTH KEYBOARD OF INTEX COMPNAY . IT MEANS HCL KA MKT MEIN NAAM KHARAB KAR RAHE HAI.I WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION ON IT OTHER WISE , I SAHLL TO CONSUMER FORUM AGAINT DEALER AND THE COMPANY. PLEASE DO IT AT THE EARLIEST . I AM HAVING ALL BILLS OF PURCHASE.
