HCL Desktop — Delay in Service

17" CRT Moniter of HCL Co. is not working. So, I raised a complaint on 4th of April ,2010 to HCl Service Centre. They informed us that an engineer will visit you & will rectify your problem. After 2 days (6th April) an engineer visited and checked the monitor & he said that this monitor will be replaced or repaired at our service centre located at Dwarka Sector -7. He said that a person from our service centre will come within 2 days and will pick the monitor and you will get the monitor in 7 days. but no one came to pick the monitor. Than after 6 or 7 reminders they picked the monitor after 20 days on 26th of April, 2010. They again informed that they will returned the monitor within 7 days, but they still not returned the monitor and whenever I call HCL Service Center to check the status of my complaint, they put me on hold and after that they said that we will enquire from the Service Centre and will get back to you. But nither they enquired or called me back. one of their Rep. Abhijeet told me that they are unable to contact the Service Centre and Service Center Ph. Lines are not working, but when I tried the Service Centre's Line they informed me that the delay is due to HCL Co., So we called to HCL Co. and I escalated this matter to their team leader she also gave me the same statement that she will call me back after asking from the service centre, but she also did not called me back.

I had still not received any call from HCL and niether thay haad replaced the monitor till date.

Kindly lodge my complaint against HCL Co. and take the necessay action as soon as possible.
