HCL LAPTOP — Regarding service in the HCL service center A 78 , sector -2 noida

I had purchased a laptop in October 2008. I merely used it only for one month and the display of the screen is showing as pink color. I then approached to the service center A 78, sector -2 Noidaoffices.
An executive look the matter and told me that please collect laptop today, or next day but they hanged me up to 2 week and even not giving any response . Executives who are sitting in that building are not giving the response behaved as rude. I always suggest to new customer who wants to purchase the laptop or notebook please not purchase the HCL goods like laptop or desktop.

Anybody have any suggestions for this problem please let me know.

Hello sir I am Alok Anand. I gave my laptop for repairing on 1st Feb 2010 at Trichy service center. They told me that they will return it in 6 days. After 6 days when ever i call them they promised next date like tomorrow. day after tomorrow, after 2 days, Monday, Tuesday and like that they are delaying it. earlier they used to talk in english but now when ever i call they talk only in Tamil and since I am from north so don't know tamil. In that way now I am not even able to know that what is the status of my laptop. At Tricht center they told that they have sent it to Coimbatore and gave me Coimbatore Center no. There also i called several times and i got similar responce as Trichy center. I have already spent 100s of rupees over phone call to various person at Trichy and Coimbatore service center other then that my Final year B. Tech. project is getting affected deu to this delay. Sir I am afraid about the safety of my laptop as well. Some people are suggesting me to go to Consumer court. I conside HCL as a honour for India because it is the only Computer manufacturer that keep a respectable place globaly. And hence I have a great respect for HCL so i don't want to do any such rubbish things unless I am compelled to do so.If it would have been some foreign company already I would have done so. Sir please respond to my complain i expect a better response here.

I had purchased a Desktop and after two months my TFT is displaying a black line from left to right of the srreen.
After various reminders to the HCL customer care no action has been taken yet. kindly solve the problem at the earliest.

I gave my laptop at HCL service center sector-2 noida. My reference number is "[protected]". These HCL guys neither receive any call nor give proper response to the customer. They provide worst service to Customer.
