dear sir my self working as a manager for wallace pharmaceuticals pvt ltd..we r using laptop of hcl. recently my laptop had some problems... its becoming heat with in 10 mts and automatically it will shut down.even sound device is not functioning.im unable to perform my work on laptop.on 20 th oct'09 given my laptop at ur servicing center at hyd to rectify these problems. they have taken a week time to return my laptop with out solving problem.im sorry to say that your service is not up to the mark.plz suggest me me in this regard. my laptop S.NO:AO73A1168402.WITH WARRANTY.
