Dear sir/madam, I bought a HCL laptop from new delhi 2 years ago. now i find my CD writer can not write when i used nero which was provided to me with the laptop.Earlier i never tried to write anything. Whatever, i went to the service centre on[protected] at 203,bajaj house,nehru place,new delhi.They checked it and said CD writter is damaged. So ,it need to be replaced. As a new piece of Cd writter drive was not available with them ,so they asked me to come later after confirmation from Miss Jasbeer.They charged me Rs 500, but did not give me the receipt as the concerned official had already left.After 10 days one of my friend having some knowledge of computers came to me . He checked my system and told me your writer is alright, nero will not work. You try with other software. I tried with XP inbuilt Cd writing system and found everything is fine. So, my complaint to you is about- 1. Inefficiency of your people. 2. If you receive money ,then give receipt. As i am not at fault, why should i pay for? Coming again to collect it is wastage of both time and petrol. Please try to increase the knowledge of your people as HCL Laptops are yet to become a consumers 1st choice. Your service center is submitted my laptop at job card no 907636 and told me that your system PCB is faulty and need to minimum 2 week.
then I have told to your customer complain Contact [protected] & find Complain Id[protected].She confirm to me that your laptop will repair within one week.
Sir -it is request to you to repair my laptop within 4 days other wise exchange because my job is effecting.

from there i got a driver cd of wireless lan card but setup file is not given

HCL — Slow performance and some bad parts
My leaptop is not functioning well , my dvd player canot read the dvd's i put in it please i need a solution from you and i trust that you wil look into my priblem that is why i brought that laptop because i trust hcl so don't disappoint me thanks I want to check the warranty time of my laptop. i have the warranty key number, but i do not know how to check it online. kindly help me.

I myself Murali.J had purchase a Laptop fromChennai Modern Computers on 2009
So my problem is that, my laptop is on the guarantee period of one year and some of the screen problem is there on my laptop, the reason to mail this is that i need the service centre address with contact no. in Chennai so that i can show my laptop to them.
so please help on this matter so that i can change the screen or any other problem arise to the laptop
